CONDITIONS
1. Please, note that once your order is shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
2. The duration of international shipping varies based on the location, usually taking between 4-10 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruptions, customs duties, location customs procedure, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions, and SUPPURU cannot be held responsible or liable for such circumstances.
3. For international customers, it is important to note that all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are their responsibility.
4. If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, SUPPURU cannot pack or ship their package. Packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be re-shipped. Customers are accountable for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order.
5. All returning packages to SUPPURU will be discarded and cannot be reshipped to customer, due to sanitary purposes.
